HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX WORK?

Our Luxe Bridal Subscription Gift Box is designed to be delivered monthly or bi-monthly to the bride in the lead up to her wedding day. By subscribing, you are automatically signing up to receive a total of six boxes, with each new box a surprise and carefully timed to provide high quality gifts and essential items in the lead up to the Bride's wedding day. Alternatively, you can purchase a one-time box.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are sent by Post Haste's 'overnight delivery service' which aims for next day delivery (but sometimes takes longer, let's be honest!). You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on it's way.

We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 1 working day of your order being made. However, custom orders can take longer so please allow up to 3 working days for personalised items. If your order is urgent, please email us on hello@somethingblue.co.nz or leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accomodate this.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Due to the nature of our business (non-repeating stock) we only accept returns for faulty products.
