Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are given on bridal boxes or customised gifts unless the product is faulty, damaged or an error was made by Something Blue.
Where a general product is ordered and arrives in a damaged state, and it was a fault from Something Blue, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Where a Product ordered and received is faulty, defective, or declared as unsafe, Something Blue will offer a replacement or refund.
In all instances the Client will be responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. Reasonable postage or transportation costs will be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty, however receipts of postage will be required.
No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale items.
For all refund requests, contact Something Blue on hello@somethingblue.co.nz within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Images of the product may be requested.
